It's a low quality sheet that fits the Twin Pack 'n Play. You could use any other sheet or fabric just tucked under the edges. It's not even a high quality sheet..., The sheet itself isn't so much an issue as the twin bassinet for which it is made. Talk about a poorly designed product! I imagine that most people buying this product are parents of twins like myself and don't have time to spend 20+ minutes changing a sheet on a bassinet. I got so frustrated with it that I bought a crib to put in our room until they are ready to sleep in their own room. As far as the actual pack n play is concerned there aren't any issues.
