My wife and I recently traveled via airline for the first time with our City Select Stroller which we gate checked using the City Select Carry Bag. The bag lasted only for the outgoing flight. Upon picking it up, the bag had multiple holes in it, the rear wheels had been scuffed and one of the two seats has abrasions. We contacted customer service regarding this and spoke to a woman who informed us the the bag was only for carrying and storage, but not for travel.
